Products & Availability
The Nest offers St. Mary’s apparel, accessories, gifts and other merchandise. Many items are offered in limited quantities or as part of seasonal collections.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable.
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However, colors and other details may appear differently depending on your screen or device. Because some merchandise may be produced or decorated in small batches, minor variations may occur.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to ensure pricing and product information is accurate. If an item is listed with an incorrect price or description due to an error, we reserve the right to correct the information or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Applicable taxes and any shipping or delivery charges will be shown during checkout when required.
Payment is processed through the payment methods offered through our website on the checkout page or in person in the store.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance or availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to inventory issues, pricing or product errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Order Pickup & Shipping

Pickup orders should be collected according to the instructions provided by The Nest. Orders not collected within a reasonable period may require additional arrangements.
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed. St. Mary’s School and The Nest are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to The Nest's current Return & Exchange Policy.
Certain merchandise, including personalized, customized, final-sale or clearance items, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Please review the applicable return policy before completing your purchase.
Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers, discount codes and special pricing may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates or product restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
